Exploration of the value of early nutritional care in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy
早期营养护理在肺癌化疗患者中的价值探析

摘要

目的 分析早期营养护理在肺癌化疗患者中的价值。方法 回顾分析2025年2月至2026年2月80例肺癌化疗患者病历资料，其中2025年2月至2025年8月40例肺癌化疗患者实施常规护理，作为对照组；2025年9月至2026年2月40例肺癌化疗患者实施早期营养护理，作为观察组。结果 营养指标水平方面：观察组护理后TFN、PA、ALB、BMI水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）。营养风险方面：观察组护理后NRS2002评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。免疫指标水平方面：观察组护理后IgG、IgM、IgA水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理满意度：观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。生活质量：观察组护理后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 早期营养护理在肺癌化疗患者中能够发挥较大价值，能够改善营养状况，提高免疫水平，提高生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of early nutritional care in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 80 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy from February 2025 to February 2026. Among them, 40 patients from February 2025 to August 2025 received routine care and were used as the control group; 40 patients from September 2025 to February 2026 received early nutritional care and were used as the observation group.
Results In terms of nutritional indicators: After nursing, the levels of TFN, PA, ALB, and BMI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of nutritional risk: The NRS2002 score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of immune indicators: After nursing, the levels of IgG, IgM, and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Quality of life: After nursing, the scores of physical function, role-physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional role, and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early nutritional care can play a significant role in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. It can improve nutritional status, enhance immune levels, improve quality of life, and increase nursing satisfaction, and is therefore worthy of adoption.
