迷迭香酸的临床应用研究现状

摘要

迷迭香酸(rosmarinic acid, ROA)是一种天然水溶性多酚类化合物,其化学结构为(2R)-3-(3, 4-二羟基苯基)-2-[(E)-3-(3, 4-二羟基苯基)丙烯酰氧基]丙酸,其广泛存在于迷迭香、丹参、夏枯草、薄荷等多种植物中,其具酚酸的抗氧化性和酯类的化学稳定性。经查阅近年来相关研究,迷迭香酸可被证实具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤以及神经保护等多种药理活性作用。近年来,随着对天然药物研究的深入,迷迭香酸在多种疾病临床治疗及辅助治疗中的应用潜力日益受到关注。本文旨在系统梳理迷迭香酸的药代动力学特征、作用机制及其在各类疾病临床前与临床研究中的应用进展,整理出部分对于该物质的相关临床研究进展,便于参考。

Abstract

Rosmarinic acid (ROA) is a naturally occurring water-soluble polyphenolic compound with the chemical structure (2R)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-[(E)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) acryloyloxy]propionic acid, widely distributed in various plants (such as rosemary, salvia miltiorrhiza, Prunella vulgaris, and mint). It possesses the antioxidant properties of phenolic acids and the chemical stability of esters. Recent studies have confirmed its pharmacological activities, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, and neuroprotective effects. With the deepening research on natural medicines, the therapeutic potential of rosmarinic acid in clinical and adjunctive treatments for multiple diseases has garnered increasing attention. This article aims to systematically review the pharmacokinetic characteristics, mechanisms of action, and advances in preclinical and clinical research involving rosmarinic acid across various diseases, summarizing relevant clinical studies for reference.
