骨科围手术期院内信息化血糖管理的优势与安全性研究

摘要

目的 探究对骨科围手术期患者开展院内信息化血糖管理的优势及安全性。方法 选取2025年1月到2025年3月我院未开展院内血糖信息化管理时收治的33例骨科围手术期患者作为对照组观察对象，选取2026年1月到2026年3月我院开展院内信息化血糖管理收治的36例骨科围手术期患者作为研究组观察对象，分析院内信息化血糖管理的优势及安全性。结果 与对照组比较，研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖水平均更低，研究组患者住院期间发生低血糖和肺部感染等并发症发生概率更低，研究组患者及家属的总满意度更高，差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 对骨科围手术期患者采取院内信息化血糖管理，可稳定患者的血糖水平，减少术后并发症的发生，安全性显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the advantages and safety of in-hospital informationized blood glucose management for orthopedic patients during the perioperative period.
Methods 33 orthopedic patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to March 2025 without in-hospital informationized blood glucose management were selected as the control group, and 36 orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2026 to March 2026 with in-hospital informationized blood glucose management were selected as the study group. The advantages and safety of in-hospital informationized blood glucose management were analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the study group patients were lower, the probability of low blood sugar and pulmonary infection and other complications during hospitalization of the study group patients was lower, and the total satisfaction of the study group patients and their families was higher, the differences were significant, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Implementing in-hospital informationized blood glucose management for orthopedic patients during the perioperative period can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and the safety is significant.
