Analysis of the effectiveness and safety of antipsychotic drugs combined with biofeedback therapy for the first-ever patients with schizophrenia
首发精神分裂症患者的抗精神病药物联合生物反馈治疗有效性与安全性分析

摘要

目的 本文探讨抗精神病药物联合生物反馈治疗首发精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2025年1月-2026年1月我院精神科收治的首发精神分裂症患者70例，对照组单纯给予抗精神病药物治疗，实验组给予抗精神病药物联合生物反馈治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果 实验组PANSS评分显著低于对照组，认知功能各项评分和治疗有效率显著高于对照组，不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，组间对比差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 抗精神病药物联合生物反馈治疗首发精神分裂症疗效显著，可有效改善患者精神症状、社会功能及生活质量，且安全性良好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This study investigated the clinical efficacy and safety of antipsychotic drugs combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia patients.
Methods A total of 70 first-episode schizophrenia patients admitted to the psychiatry department of our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026 were enrolled. The control group received only antipsychotic medication, while the experimental group received antipsychotic drugs combined with biofeedback therapy. The therapeutic outcomes between the two groups were compared.
Results The PANSS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Cognitive function scores and treatment efficacy rates were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group, with a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions. All intergroup comparisons showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Antipsychotic drugs combined with biofeedback therapy demonstrate significant efficacy in treating first-episode schizophrenia, effectively improving patients' psychiatric symptoms, social functioning, and quality of life, with favorable safety profiles. This approach is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
