摘要

近年来，5G数字化管理工具的快速发展为社区糖尿病患者的管理带来了新的契机。这些工具不仅能提升患者的自我管理能力，还能通过实时监测和数据分析优化血糖控制效果。然而，在实际应用中，5G数字化工具仍面临诸多挑战。本文综述了当前数字化管理工具的类型及其功能，分析其在社区糖尿病管理中的应用效果和挑战，并探讨未来发展方向。旨在通过梳理最新研究成果，为医疗实践和政策制定提供参考，以进一步优化糖尿病管理策略，提升社区糖尿病患者的生活质量与健康水平。

Abstract

The rapid advancement of 5G-enabled digital management tools in recent years has created new opportunities for diabetes care in community settings. These tools not only enhance patients' self-management capabilities but also optimize glycemic control through real-time monitoring and data analysis. However, practical implementation of 5G-based digital solutions still faces multiple challenges. This review examines current types and functionalities of digital management tools, analyzes their application efficacy and challenges in community diabetes management, and explores future development directions. By synthesizing cutting-edge research findings, this study aims to provide evidence-based insights for clinical practice and policy formulation, thereby optimizing diabetes management strategies and improving quality of life and health outcomes for community diabetes patients.
