目的 探讨标准化护理干预对口腔种植诊疗器械消毒质量及院内感染控制的作用。方法 本研究选取1056例种植患者随机分两组，对照组行常规护理消毒，观察组实施全程标准化护理干预，对比管理效果。结果 观察组器械清洗、包装、灭菌合格率均显著高于对照组，院内感染总发生率显著更低（P＜0.05）。结论 标准化护理干预可显著提升口腔种植诊疗器械消毒质量，有效降低院内感染发生率，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on the disinfection quality of oral implant diagnostic and therapeutic instruments and the control of nosocomial infections. Methods This study selected 1056 implant patients and randomly divided them into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care and disinfection, while the observation group underwent standardized nursing interventions throughout the entire process. The management effects were compared. Results The observation group exhibited significantly higher pass rates in instrument cleaning, packaging, and sterilization compared to the control group, and the overall incidence of nosocomial infections was notably lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing intervention can significantly improve the disinfection quality of dental implant diagnosis and treatment instruments, effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
