口腔全科门诊拔牙手术患者舒适化护理的研究进展

摘要

拔牙手术为口腔全科门诊常见的诊疗操作，其原理是借助口腔器械等去除患牙，但因为拔牙属于直接性侵入性操作，对患者有较大的生理不适感，且口腔操作是患者的视野盲区，患者由此也可产生心理恐惧和担忧。规范化护理服务倡导对患者全程实施安全、舒适的护理，舒适护理是从护理的专业角度和独特角度来提出解决不舒适问题的护理方式，进而给予患者的舒适护理，而其关键点为以各类措施降低高危因素可能造成的不愉快感，从而让患者有较好的状态应对治疗和手术。本文旨在分析口腔全科门诊拔牙手术患者舒适化护理的研究进展，以期提高拔牙患者的就诊舒适度，为专业、规范的拔牙护理操作奠定基础。

Abstract

Tooth extraction is a common treatment procedure in general dental clinics. It involves the removal of affected teeth with the aid of dental instruments. However, as a direct invasive operation, tooth extraction can cause significant physical discomfort to patients. Moreover, the oral cavity is a blind spot for patients, which may lead to psychological fear and anxiety. Standardized nursing services advocate providing safe and comfortable care throughout the treatment process. Comfort care is a nursing approach that addresses discomfort from a professional and unique perspective, aiming to offer all patients a comfortable experience. The key lies in reducing the unpleasantness caused by high-risk factors through various measures, enabling patients to be in a better state to cope with treatment and surgery. This paper aims to analyze the research progress of comfort care for patients undergoing tooth extraction in general dental clinics, with the goal of enhancing the comfort level of patients during their visits and laying the foundation for professional and standardized tooth extraction care.
