Application of narrative nursing in negative emotion intervention for hematological tumor patients
叙事护理在血液肿瘤患者负性情绪干预中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在血液肿瘤患者负性情绪干预中实施叙事护理的价值。方法 将2025年1月-2025年12月内就诊的60例血液肿瘤患者为研究对象，依据护理干预方式的不同划分30例对照组实施常规护理，观察组30例联合叙事护理。对比不同护理方式下的心理情绪指标以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组PSSS社会支持高于对照组，SPSS自我感受负担评分低于对照组，观察组满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 在血液肿瘤患者负性情绪干预中实施叙事护理可提供患者情感支持和社会支持，缓解自我感受负担等负性情绪，患者对此项护理服务满意，有较高的认可度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of implementing narrative nursing in the intervention of negative emotions in patients with hematological malignancies.
Methods Sixty patients with hematological tumors who received medical treatment between January 2025 and December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to different nursing intervention methods, 30 patients were divided into a control group receiving routine nursing care and an observation group receiving combined narrative nursing care. Compare psychological and emotional indicators as well as nursing satisfaction under different nursing approaches.
Results After nursing, the PSSS social support of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the SPSS self perceived burden score was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing narrative nursing in the intervention of negative emotions in blood tumor patients can provide emotional and social support, alleviate negative emotions such as self perceived burden, and patients are satisfied with this nursing service and have a high degree of recognition.
