Observation on the effect of comfort care in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage
舒适护理在儿童大叶性肺炎行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗中的效果观察

摘要

目的 针对纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗时的舒适护理进行分析，探究儿童大叶性肺炎的应用价值。方法 研究患儿300例，入院就医后均被诊断为：大叶性肺炎，随机数字表法分组后，各150例，经调查，两组患儿入院时间开始于2024年1月，结束于2025年12月；在纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗期间，常规护理为对照组提供，舒适护理为实验组提供，比较效果。结果 （1）大叶性肺炎患儿治疗依从率统计后，实验组居更高水平，P＜0.05；（2）总有效率进行统计，相比对照组，实验组高，P＜0.05；（3）并发症发生率比较结果得出：实验组更低，P＜0.05。结论 纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗过程中，为了提高患儿依从率，保障最佳疗效，舒适护理的开展意义重大，同时，该项方案还可有效预防各类并发症，能够降低发生率，在临床上有较高安全性，值得推行。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the comfort care during fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage treatment and explore its application value in children with lobar pneumonia.
Methods A total of 300 children were diagnosed with lobar pneumonia after admission. They were randomly divided into two groups of 150 cases each using the random number table method. The study period was from January 2024 to December 2025. During the fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage treatment, the control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comfort care. The effects were compared.
Results (1) The treatment compliance rate of children with lobar pneumonia was higher in the experimental group, P < 0.05; (2) The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group compared to the control group, P < 0.05; (3) The incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   During the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage, the implementation of comfort care is of great significance in improving treatment compliance and ensuring the best therapeutic effect. Moreover, this approach can effectively prevent various complications and reduce their incidence, demonstrating high safety in clinical practice and is worthy of promotion.
