Research on the application of Heinrich's Law in the nursing safety management of cardiac surgery operating rooms
海恩法则在心脏手术手术室护理安全管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 心脏手术治疗时，分析手术室护理安全管理中海恩法则的应用价值。方法 研究患者60例，均开展心脏手术治疗，选取时间方面，介于2025年1月至2025年12月，奇偶数字法分组后，每组30例；其中，常规护理管理用于对照组，海恩法则指导下的护理安全管理用于实验组，比较效果。结果 （1）护理质量各项评分中，和对照组相比，实验组高，P＜0.05；（2）心脏手术治疗时的不良事件发生率中，两组患者分别为：26.67%、6.67%，比较结果得出：实验组更低，P＜0.05；（3）护理满意度比较，（73.33%）VS（96.67%），实验组居更高水平，P＜0.05。结论 心脏手术治疗过程中，为了提高护理质量，保障患者满意度，临床上可采用海恩法则指导下的护理安全管理，该方案效果确切，可降低各类不良事件发生率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of Heinrich’s Law in the nursing safety management of cardiac surgery operating rooms.
Methods Sixty patients undergoing cardiac surgery were selected, with the selection period ranging from January 2025 to December 2025. They were divided into two groups of 30 each using the odd-even number method. The control group received conventional nursing management, while the experimental group received nursing safety management guided by Heinrich's Law. The effects were compared.
Results (1) In the scores of various nursing quality indicators, the experimental group was higher than the control group, P < 0.05; (2) The incidence of adverse events during cardiac surgery was 26.67% in the control group and 6.67% in the experimental group, with the experimental group showing a significantly lower rate, P < 0.05; (3) In terms of nursing satisfaction, the rates were 73.33% and 96.67% respectively, with the experimental group having a higher level, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   During the treatment of cardiac surgery, to improve nursing quality and ensure patient satisfaction, nursing safety management guided by Heinrich's Law can be adopted in clinical practice. This approach is effective in reducing the incidence of various adverse events and is worthy of promotion.
