Exploring the application and effectiveness evaluation of structured disease control form in critical care nursing management in cardiology
探讨结构化病情掌握表在心内科危重症护理管理中的应用及效果评价

摘要

目的 分析在心内科危重症护理管理中采用结构化病情掌握表的价值。方法 选取本院心内科25名护士作为研究对象，并按照不同护理管理模式的实施时间进行分组，其中2025年1月-2025年6月采用传统病情掌握模式设为实施前，2025年7月-2025年12月采用结构化病情掌握表设为实施后。对比2组护士病情掌握能力、护理工作质量。结果 实施后护士专科理论知识、危重患者护理、护理文件书写评分相较实施前均提高（P＜0.05）。实施后护士病情掌握能力评分（病情观察重点、一般情况、护理措施）相较实施前均提高（P＜0.05）。结论 在心内科危重症护理管理中采用结构化病情掌握表，有助于提升护士对患者病情掌握能力，改进护理工作质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of using a structured disease control table in the management of critical care in cardiology.
Methods 25 nurses from the cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to the implementation time of different nursing management modes. The period from January 2025 to June 2025 was set as before implementation using the traditional disease control mode, and the period from July 2025 to December 2025 was set as after implementation using the structured disease control table. Compare the disease control ability and nursing work quality of two groups of nurses.
Results After implementation, the theoretical knowledge of nurses, critical patient care, and nursing document writing scores all improved compared to before implementation (P<0.05). After implementation, the nurse's ability to grasp the condition (key observation points, general situation, nursing measures) improved compared to before implementation (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of structured disease control forms in the management of critical care in cardiology can help improve nurses' ability to understand patients' conditions and enhance the quality of nursing work.
