摘要

目的 探究口腔专科医院消毒供应中心精细化管理对医疗器械的管理效果。方法 本研究选取某三甲口腔医院2025年1月-7月（常规管理，对照组）与2025年8月-2026年3月（精细化管理，观察组）复用口腔器械为研究对象，对比两组器械的管理效果。结果 观察组清洗不合格率、包装差错率、湿包率均显著低于对照组（P<0.001）。结论 表明针对口腔器械特性实施精细化管理，可有效提升器械复处理质量，降低医院感染风险，值得在口腔专科消毒供应中心推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the management effect of the disinfection supply center of an oral specialty hospital on medical devices.
Methods This study selected the reusable oral instruments from a tertiary oral hospital from January to July 2025 (conventional management, control group) and from August 2025 to March 2026 (refined management, observation group) as the research objects, and compared the management effects of the two groups of instruments.
Results The unqualified cleaning rate, packaging error rate, and wet package rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.001).
Conclusion   It indicates that implementing refined management based on the characteristics of oral instruments can effectively improve the quality of instrument reprocessing and reduce the risk of hospital infection, and it is worthy of promotion and application in the disinfection supply center of oral specialty hospitals.
