目的 探讨治疗性游戏结合精细化护理在日间小儿口腔龋齿手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年12月至2025年12月收治的250例日间口腔龋齿手术患儿，对照组（n=125）行常规护理，观察组（n=125）联合治疗性游戏与精细化护理，比较干预效果。结果 观察组诊疗总配合率更高，焦虑评分更低，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 治疗性游戏结合精细化护理可有效提升患儿诊疗配合度，缓解围术期焦虑情绪。
Objective To explore the application effect of therapeutic games combined with meticulous nursing in pediatric dental caries surgery during the day. Methods A total of 250 pediatric patients undergoing dental caries surgery during the day from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected. The control group (n=125) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (n=125) received a combination of therapeutic games and meticulous nursing care. The intervention effects were compared. Results The observation group had a higher overall cooperation rate and lower anxiety scores compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of therapeutic games and meticulous nursing care can effectively improve patients' cooperation during diagnosis and treatment and alleviate perioperative anxiety.
