口腔四手操作护理配合在牙科显微镜下根管治疗的应用

摘要

目的 分析口腔四手操作护理配合应用在牙科显微镜下根管治疗中的实际成效。方法 选取2026年3月至2026年4月我院接诊的92例需行牙科显微镜下根管治疗的患者，借助随机数表法划分成实验组与常规组，每组各46例。常规组采取常规护理配合，实验组实施口腔四手操作护理配合，对比两组治疗相关指标及护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果 实验组根管预备时间、治疗总时长均短于常规组，护理满意度高于常规组，并发症发生率低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 口腔四手操作护理配合应用在牙科显微镜下根管治疗中，能缩短治疗时间，提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生风险，具备较高临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical effectiveness of four-handed operation nursing cooperation in root canal treatment under dental microscpe.
Methods A total of 92 patients requiring root canal treatment under dental microscope admitted to our hospital from March 2026 to April 2026 were selecteddivided into an experimental group and a routine group using the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing cooperation, while the experimental groupemented four-handed operation nursing cooperation. Treatment-related indicators, nursing satisfaction, and complication occurrence were compared between the two groups.
Results The root canal preparation time and total treatment durexperimental group were shorter than those in the routine group, nursing satisfaction was higher, and the incidence of complications was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The applica four-handed operation nursing cooperation in root canal treatment under dental microscope can shorten treatment time, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the risk of complications, possessing high clinical application value.
