摘要

本案例旨在通过对一例平山病术后青年男性患者围手术期护理全过程的系统回顾与分析，探讨科学、规范、个体化的护理干预措施在促进患者术后恢复、提升自理能力、缓解焦虑情绪、预防并发症中的实际效果。通过全面评估患者的病情特点、心理状态及功能障碍情况，制定并实施针对性的护理计划，包括术前心理疏导、术后疼痛管理、呼吸道护理、皮肤完整性保护、早期功能锻炼指导等内容，力求在围手术期为患者提供安全、舒适、连续的护理服务，促进其早日康复，顺利回归家庭与社会[1]。同时，总结护理经验，为神经系统罕见病患者的临床护理提供参考依据。

Abstract

This case aims to conduct a systematic review and analysis of the entire perioperative nursing process of a young male patient with Hirayama Disease after surgery, to explore the actual effects of scientific, standardized, and individualized nursing intervention measures in promoting the postoperative recovery of patients, enhancing their self-care ability, alleviating anxiety, and preventing complications. Through a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s disease characteristics, psychological state, and functional impairment, a targeted nursing plan was formulated and implemented, including preoperative psychological counseling, postoperative pain management, respiratory tract care, skin integrity protection, and early functional exercise guidance, etc. The aim is to provide safe, comfortable, and continuous nursing services during the perioperative period for the patient, promoting their early recovery and smooth return to family and society [1]. At the same time, the nursing experience is summarized to provide reference for the clinical nursing of patients with rare neurological diseases.
