目的 分析以情景游戏为基础的干预措施对接受骨髓穿刺术患儿的术中疼痛与恐惧水平的影响。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间符合纳入标准的患儿120例，随机分为干预组与对照组。对照组接受常规宣教，干预组在此基础上接受情景游戏干预。结果 干预组患儿的术中疼痛评分显著低于对照组，术中的恐惧评分更低，行为配合度优良率及家长满意度评分更高（P<0.05）。结论 情景游戏干预能有效缓解儿童骨髓穿刺术中的疼痛与恐惧感受，提升患儿的配合度与家长满意度。
Objective To analyze the impact of intervention measures based on situational games on intraoperative pain and fear levels in children undergoing bone marrow puncture surgery. Methods 120 pediatric patients who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. The control group received routine education, while the intervention group received situational game intervention on this basis. Results The intraoperative pain score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the intraoperative fear score was lower. The excellent rate of behavioral cooperation and parental satisfaction score were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Situational game intervention can effectively alleviate the pain and fear during bone marrow puncture surgery in children, improve their cooperation and parental satisfaction.
