妇科术后盆底功能恢复的护理对策与效果分析

摘要

目的 分析基于生物反馈的综合护理干预对妇科术后盆底功能恢复的临床效果。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间行全子宫切除术患者110例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组用常规护理及健康教育，观察组在此基础上实施个体化盆底康复护理。结果 观察组盆底肌电值显著高于对照组，PFDI-20评分更低，I-QOL评分更高，盆底肌力达到IV级及以上的比例更高（P<0.05）。结论 将生物反馈与电刺激融入术后护理路径，可提升妇科术后患者盆底功能的恢复质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on biofeedback on pelvic floor function recovery after gynecological surgery.
Methods 110 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, the control group received routine nursing and health education, while the observation group received personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on this basis.
Results The observation group had significantly higher pelvic floor electromyography values than the control group, lower PFDI-20 scores, higher I-QOL scores, and a higher proportion of pelvic floor muscle strength reaching grade IV or above (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating biofeedback and electrical stimulation into postoperative nursing pathways can improve the quality of pelvic floor function recovery in gynecological postoperative patients.
