Research on the value of empathy nursing+psychological nursing model in improving negative emotions and quality of life of elderly Parkinson’s disease patients
共情护理+心理护理模式改善老年帕金森病患者负面情绪及生活质量的价值研究

摘要

目的 分析老年帕金森病患者采取共情护理+心理护理干预对其负面情绪、生活质量的影响。方法 此次研究对象为本院在2024年1月-2025年1月期间收治的62例老年帕金森病患者。分组方法为随机数字表法，分为常规组（31例，常规护理）及实验组（31例，共情护理+心理护理）。对两组负面情绪评分、生活质量进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，实验组负面情绪评分显低（P＜0.05），生活质量显高（P＜0.05）。结论 共情护理联合心理护理在老年帕金森病患者护理中可缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪，提升其生活质量，该方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of empathetic nursing and psychological nursing interventions on negative emotions and quality of life in elderly Parkinson’s disease patients.
Methods The study subjects were 62 elderly Parkinson’s disease patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. The grouping method was a random number table method, divided into a conventional group (31 cases, conventional nursing) and an experimental group (31 cases, empathetic nursing+ psychological nursing). Compare the negative emotion scores and quality of life between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly lower negative emotion scores (P<0.05) and higher quality of life (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing can alleviate anxiety and depression in elderly Parkinson's disease patients and improve their quality of life. This method is worth promoting.
