基于CIPP模型针灸推拿专业课程体系重塑效果的评价初探

摘要

健康中国背景下,成人视障针灸推拿继续教育是基层康养人才培养的重要载体,但目前存在课程滞后、实践不足、岗课脱节、评价单一等育人短板。本文以该校参赛视障学员为对象,依托 CIPP 模型开展课程重塑与量化评价,证实改革可适配视障成人职业化学习需求、提升实操能力,同时梳理现存不足,为特殊群体中医药继续教育高质量发展提供实证参考。

Abstract

Under the background of the Healthy China initiative, adult continuing education of acupuncture and tuina for visually impaired learners serves as an important carrier for the training of grassroots health and rehabilitation talents. However, it currently faces problems such as outdated curriculum content, insufficient practical training, disconnection between curriculum and vocational posts, and single evaluation methods. Based on the CIPP evaluation model, this study conducts curriculum system reconstruction and quantitative evaluation with visually impaired student participants in vocational skills competitions as research objects. The results verify that the reform adapts to the vocational learning needs of visually impaired adult learners and effectively improves their practical operation abilities. This study clarifies the existing deficiencies and provides empirical references for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine continuing education for special groups.
