矿物鉴定是地质类专业的一门核心实践课程,也是理论与行业实践的重要桥梁,而传统的矿物鉴定实验教学因教学资源的分散性、教学标本相对单一性和标准性、教学内容与生产-科研结合的脱节等方面的问题。影响着教学质量的提升和改善,同时也影响着学生实践能力及综合素质的培养。本文基于“产-学-研”有机融合的教育理念,课题组根据生产单位及科研单位的发展需求调研与分析,意图从教学目标体系、教学内容体系、教学方法与平台建设、评价体系等方面对矿物鉴定实验教学进行改革,并通过“校企多元协同、科研反哺、虚实融合”的实践路径来构建“产-学-研”一体化的矿物鉴定实验教学创新模式,为培养新时代的应用型、创新型及综合型人才提供理论和实践基础。
Mineral identification is a core practical course for geology majors and an important bridge between theory and industry practice. However, traditional mineral identification experimental teaching suffers from problems such as the dispersion of teaching resources, the relative uniformity and standardization of teaching specimens, and the disconnect between teaching content and the integration of production and scientific research. These issues affect the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of students’ practical abilities and comprehensive qualities. This paper, based on the educational philosophy of organic integration of industry, academia, and research, explores reforms in mineral identification experimental teaching by investigating and analyzing the development needs of production and research units. The reforms aim to improve teaching objectives, content, methods, platform construction, and evaluation systems. Through a practical approach of “multi-party collaboration between universities and enterprises, research feedback, and virtual-real integration,” the paper constructs an innovative integrated industry-academia-research model for mineral identification experimental teaching, providing a theoretical and practical foundation for cultivating application-oriented, innovative, and comprehensive talents in the new era.
