Exploring the application effect of sunscreen care models for patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery
探讨皮肤激光美容术后患者的防晒护理模式应用效果

摘要

目的 探究皮肤激光美容术后对患者实施防晒护理模式的效果。方法 试验观察样本选取时间段为2025年2月-2026年1月，结合纳入和排除标准抽选72例接受皮肤激光美容术的患者展开分组试验。参照组接受术后常规护理（n=36），观察组接受防晒护理模式（n=36），对比组间术后康复指标、并发症发生率、健康知识掌握程度和满意度。结果 与参照组比较，观察组术后康复指标更优（P＜0.05）、观察组并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）、观察组健康知识掌握程度更优（P＜0.05）、观察组满意度更高（P＜0.05），对比差异有统计学意义。结论 防晒护理模式应用于皮肤激光美容术后患者的护理中可发挥积极作用，有助于降低术后并发症，加速康复进程，并提高患者健康知识掌握程度和满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing a sun protection care model after skin laser cosmetic surgery on patients.
Methods The observation sample period was from February 2025 to January 2026. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 72 patients who underwent skin laser cosmetic surgery were selected for group division and observation. The control group received postoperative routine care (n=36), while the observation group received the sun protection care model (n=36). The postoperative rehabilitation indicators, complication rates, health knowledge mastery degree, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative rehabilitation indicators of the observation group were better (P<0.05), the complication rate of the observation group was lower (P<0.05), the health knowledge mastery degree of the observation group was better (P<0.05), and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher (P<0.05). The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The sun protection care model applied in the nursing of patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery can play a positive role, helping to reduce postoperative complications, accelerate the recovery process, and improve the health knowledge mastery degree and satisfaction of patients.
