Application effect of carboprost tromethamine injection combined with carbetocin in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section
卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合卡贝缩宫素在剖宫产产后出血防治中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合卡贝缩宫素在剖宫产产后出血防治中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年11月收治的剖宫产产妇80例，采取随机数字表法，分别实施卡贝缩宫素治疗（对照组）、卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合卡贝缩宫素治疗（研究组）。结果 研究组TT（12.21±0.11）s、FIB（3.65±0.17）g/L、D-D（3.71±0.15）mg/L；对照组TT（13.25±0.54）s、FIB（3.13±0.13）g/L、D-D（3.50±0.24）mg/L，比较凝血指标存在明显差异，P<0.05。研究组产后出血患者2例（5.00%），产后24h出血量（521.28±71.54）mL；对照组产后出血患者9例（22.50%），产后24h出血量（570.15±80.18）mL，P<0.05。研究组CRP（6.61±1.52）mg/L、IL-6（19.67±2.51）ng/L、PCT（3.01±1.01）μg/L；对照组CRP（8.57±1.49）mg/L、IL-6（24.10±2.87）ng/L、PCT（4.41±1.25）μg/L，比较炎症应激指标差异显著，P<0.05。结论 在剖宫产手术期间，通过联合应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与卡贝缩宫素进行治疗，可防治产后出血，对降低产后出血量具有重要意义，治疗期间未发生严重不良反应，安全性较高，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of carboprost tromethamine injection combined with carbetocin in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.
Methods A total of 80 parturients who underwent cesarean section from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected. Using the random number table method, they were respectively treated with carbetocin (control group) and carboprost tromethamine injection combined with carbetocin (study group).
Results The TT (12.21 ± 0.11) s, FIB (3.65 ± 0.17) g/L, and D-D (3.71 ± 0.15) mg/L in the study group; TT (13.25 ± 0.54) s, FIB (3.13 ± 0.13) g/L, and D-D (3.50 ± 0.24) mg/L in the control group. There were significant differences in coagulation indicators, P < 0.05. In the study group, there were 2 cases (5.00%) of postpartum hemorrhage, and the postpartum 24-hour bleeding volume was (521.28 ± 71.54) mL; in the control group, there were 9 cases (22.50%) of postpartum hemorrhage, and the postpartum 24-hour bleeding volume was (570.15 ± 80.18) mL, P < 0.05. The CRP (6.61 ± 1.52) mg/L, IL-6 (19.67 ± 2.51) ng/L, and PCT (3.01 ± 1.01) μg/L in the study group; CRP (8.57 ± 1.49) mg/L, IL-6 (24.10 ± 2.87) ng/L, and PCT (4.41 ± 1.25) μg/L in the control group. There were significant differences in inflammatory stress indicators, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   During cesarean section, by jointly applying carboprost tromethamine injection and carbetocin for treatment, it can prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage, which is of great significance for reducing postpartum hemorrhage volume. No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period, and the safety was high. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
