日语专业转型发展中的问题与改进方向研究

摘要

在高等教育学科专业调整与经济社会深刻变革的背景下,高校日语专业正面临从规模扩张向内涵发展的战略转型。本文基于多篇前沿研究,系统梳理了日语专业转型发展的现状,剖析了人才培养目标脱节、课程体系固化、教学方法陈旧、师资结构性矛盾、学科交叉不足以及技术变革应对滞后等突出问题。在此基础上,从重塑培养目标、重构课程体系、深化“三教”改革、打造“双师型”团队、提升人机协同能力与完善动态调整机制等方面提出了系统性的改进对策,以期为地方本科高校日语专业的可持续发展提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of higher education disciplinary restructuring and profound socio-economic changes, Japanese language majors in Chinese universities are facing a strategic transition from scale expansion to connotative development. Based on multiple cutting-edge studies, this paper systematically reviews the current state of transformation and development of Japanese language programs, and analyzes prominent problems such as misalignment of talent cultivation goals, rigid curriculum systems, outdated teaching methods, structural contradictions in faculty, insufficient interdisciplinary integration, and lagging responses to technological changes. On this basis, the paper proposes systematic improvement countermeasures including reshaping cultivation objectives, reconstructing curriculum systems, deepening “three-teaching” (teaching materials, teaching methods, and teaching staff) reforms, building “double-qualified” teaching teams, enhancing human-machine collaborative capabilities, and improving dynamic adjustment mechanisms. The study aims to provide theoretical and practical references for the sustainable development of Japanese language majors in local undergraduate universities.
