高校公共体育足球课程教学改革创新研究

摘要

高校公共体育足球课程是提升学生身体素质、培养足球运动兴趣、传播体育精神的重要载体,在全民健身战略和校园足球发展背景下,其教学质量直接影响高校体育育人成效。本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法系统探析高校公共体育课基本状况,得知大部分高校基本都是采用大班化(每个体育课班约30-50人)、教师主导、统一内容、分层教学欠缺、统一评价模式,教学组织粗放、反馈滞后、课外延伸不足,足球课程问题尤为突出;考核评价片面、师资与场地保障不足等问题,难以适配新时代大学生的运动需求和体育教育发展要求。本研究基于体育育人、个性化发展、终身体育等理念,结合高校公共体育教学的特点与足球运动的规律,从教学理念、内容体系、方法手段、考核评价、保障体系等方面探索课程教学改革创新路径,旨在优化足球课程教学模式,提升教学效果。

Abstract

Public physical education football courses in colleges and universities are important carriers for enhancing students' physical fitness, cultivating their interest in football, and spreading the spirit of sports. Against the backdrop of the national fitness strategy and the development of campus football, the quality of teaching in these courses directly affects the effectiveness of physical education in colleges and universities. This study systematically explores the basic situation of public physical education courses in colleges and universities through methods such as literature review, expert interviews, and on-site investigations. It is found that most colleges and universities adopt large-class teaching (with about 30-50 students per class), teacher-led instruction, uniform content, lack of stratified teaching, and a uniform evaluation model. The teaching organization is coarse, feedback is lagging, and extracurricular extension is insufficient, with problems in football courses being particularly prominent. Issues such as one-sided assessment, insufficient teacher and facility support also make it difficult to meet the sports needs of contemporary college students and the requirements of sports education development. Based on the concepts of sports education, individualized development, and lifelong sports, and in combination with the characteristics of public physical education in colleges and universities and the laws of football, this study explores innovative paths for course teaching reform from aspects such as teaching concepts, content systems, methods and means, assessment and evaluation, and guarantee systems, aiming to optimize the teaching model of football courses and improve teaching effectiveness.
