Evaluation of the effect of bundled nursing mode on sleep quality and quality of life of patients with ICU syndrome in emergency intensive care unit
集束化护理模式对急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者睡眠质量和生命质量的作用评估

摘要

目的 研究集束化护理模式对急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者睡眠质量和生命质量的作用。方法 回顾性分析2024年7月至2026年2月56例ICU综合征患者，随机分为J组（28例，集束化护理）与C组（28例，常规护理），比较两组压疮风险、意识障碍、睡眠质量及生命质量。结果 护理前，两组Braden与格拉斯哥昏迷量表（GCS）评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数、生命质量评分均相近（P>0.05）；护理后，两组评分均提升、指数均降低，但J组的Braden与GCS评分、生命质量评分显著高于C组，匹兹堡睡眠指数明显低于C组（P<0.05）。结论 集束化护理模式对急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者睡眠质量和生命质量的作用更突出，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of bundled nursing mode on sleep quality and quality of life of patients with ICU syndrome in emergency intensive care unit.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 56 ICU syndrome patients from July 2024 to February 2026, who were randomly assigned to Group J (28 cases, receiving bundle care) or Group C (28 cases, receiving conventional care). The study compared the two groups in terms of pressure ulcer risk, impaired consciousness, sleep quality, and quality of life.
Results Before nursing, both groups had similar Braden and Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores, Pittsburgh Sleep Index, and Quality of Life scores (P>0.05); After nursing, both groups showed an improvement in scores and a decrease in indices, but the Braden and GCS scores, as well as the quality of life score, were significantly higher in group J than in group C, while the Pittsburgh Sleep Index was significantly lower in group J than in group C (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The bundled nursing model has a more prominent effect on the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with ICU syndrome in the emergency intensive care unit, and is worth promoting.
