摘要

目的 分析以团队为基础的学习(TBL)结合情景模拟在心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的有效性。方法 选取124名接受CPR规范化培训的医护人员,随机分为对照组(传统培训)与观察组(TBL联合情景模拟),对比两组培训后即刻及6个月理论知识、实操技能、团队协作能力评分。结果 观察组三项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),培训6个月后效果仍保持稳定。结论 TBL结合情景模拟可有效提升CPR培训质量,强化理论掌握、实操规范与团队协作能力,具备临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of team-based learning (TBL) combined with scenario simulation in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training.
Methods A total of 124 medical staff receiving standardized CPR training were randomly divided into control group (traditional training) and observation group (TBL combined with scenario simulation). Scores of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and teamwork ability were compared immediately and 6 months after training.
Results The three scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the effect remained stable 6 months after training.
Conclusion   TBL combined with scenario simulation can effectively improve the quality of CPR training, enhance theoretical mastery, practical standardization and teamwork ability, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
