目的 探讨分层次培训模式在妇科护理人员继续教育中的应用效果,希望可以为优化妇科护理继续教育体系、提升护理人员专业素养与护理质量提供参考依据。方法 选取我院妇科39名护理人员作为研究对象,采用妇科1区/妇科2区将全部人员为对照组(妇1,n=19)与实验组(妇2,n=20)。对照组实施传统统一化继续教育模式,实验组采用分层次继续教育模式,培训周期均为6个月。对比两组护理人员培训后的理论知识考核成绩、专业操作技能考核成绩、护理质量评分及护理不良事件发生率4项观察指标。结果 实验组护理人员理论知识、专业操作技能考核成绩及护理质量评分均高于对照组,护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 分层次培训应用于妇科护理人员继续教育中,可精准匹配不同层级护理人员的学习需求,有效提升其专业理论与操作水平,优化护理质量,降低护理风险,值得在临床护理继续教育中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical training mode in the continuing education of gynecological nursing staff, hoping to provide reference for optimizing the continuing education system of gynecological nursing, improving the professional competence and nursing quality of nursing staff. Methods 39 nursing staff from our hospital's gynecology department were selected as the research subjects. All personnel were divided into a control group (Women 1, n=19) and an experimental group (Women 2, n=20) using Gynecology Zone 1/Gynecology Zone 2. The control group implemented the traditional unified continuing education model, while the experimental group adopted a hierarchical continuing education model with a training period of 6 months for both. Compare the theoretical knowledge assessment scores, professional operational skills assessment scores, nursing quality scores, and incidence of nursing adverse events between two groups of nursing staff after training. Results The theoretical knowledge, professional operational skills assessment scores, and nursing quality scores of the experimental group nursing staff were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hierarchical training in continuing education for gynecological nursing staff can accurately match the learning needs of nursing staff at different levels, effectively improve their professional theory and operational level, optimize nursing quality, and reduce nursing risks. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing continuing education.
