在新工科建设背景下，高校辅导员作为创新创业教育的重要力量，其能力提升对于推动创新创业教育改革、培养创新型人才具有重要意义。本文分析了新工科背景下高校辅导员在创新创业教育中的角色定位、存在问题及能力提升路径，旨在为高校辅导员创新创业教育能力的提升提供理论依据和实践指导。
In the context of the new engineering discipline construction, university counselors serve as a crucial force in innovation and entrepreneurship education. Enhancing their capabilities is of great significance for promoting the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative talents. This article analyzes the role orientation, existing problems, and paths for capability improvement of university counselors in innovation and entrepreneurship education under the new engineering discipline background. It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship education capabilities of university counselors.
