外科护理实训中翻转课堂教学模式效果研究

摘要

目的 研究外科护理实训中翻转课堂教学模式效果。方法 选取2025-2026年度于本院外科实习的护理实习生共56名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组(28名,常规教学模式)和B组(28名,翻转课堂教学模式),对比两组实习生学习情况。结果 学习前,A与B实习生的考核成绩比较p>0.05。学习后,比之A组,B组理论知识考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩更高,p<0.05;比之A组,B组实习生自主学习能力、临床思维能力、团队协作能力、应急处理能力等评分更高,P<0.05。结论 翻转课堂教学模式应用于外科护理实训中,能有效提升实习生的理论知识水平、实践操作能力,优化教学效果,值得在外科护理实训教学中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in surgical nursing training.
Methods A total of 56 nursing interns who interned in the surgical department of our hospital from 2025 to 2026 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into Group A (28, using conventional teaching mode) and Group B (28, using flipped classroom teaching mode) using a random number table method. The learning situation of the two groups of interns was compared.
Results Before learning, the assessment scores of interns A and B were compared with p>0.05. After learning, compared to Group A, Group B achieved higher scores in theoretical knowledge assessment and practical operation assessment, p<0.05; Compared to group A, group B interns have higher scores in self-learning ability, clinical thinking ability, teamwork ability, emergency response ability, etc, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of flipped classroom teaching mode in surgical nursing training can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability of interns, optimize teaching effectiveness, and is worthy of promotion and application in surgical nursing training teaching.
