Analyzing the impact of pain intervention supported by evidence-based theory on improving pain and sleep quality in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery
分析循证理论支持下的疼痛干预改善混合痔术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究对在本院接受混合痔手术的患者采取循证理论下的疼痛干预护理，对患者睡眠、疼痛情况的影响。方法 选取在本院接受混合痔手术的患者，人数共30例；根据干预方式不同，将患者随机分为对照组（n=15）、观察组（n=15）；收录时间在2023年5月-2024年5月；观察组接受的是循证理论下的疼痛干预护理，对照组接受的是常规护理，之后比较两组睡眠质量、疼痛程度及恢复时间。结果 观察组上述指标均优于对照组P＜0.05。结论 对混合痔患者采取循证理论下的疼痛干预护理，能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量，减轻患者的术后疼痛感，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based pain intervention nursing on the sleep andpainstatus of patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital.
Methods A total of 30 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital were selected; According to different intervention methods, patients were randomly divided into a control group (n=15) and an observation group (n=15); The inclusion period is from May 2023 to May 2024; The observation group received pain intervention nursing based on evidence-based theory, while the control group received routine nursing. Afterwards, the sleep quality, pain level, and recovery time of the two groups were compared.
Results The above indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group, with P<0.05.
Conclusion   Evidence based pain intervention nursing for patients with mixed hemorrhoids can effectively improvetheirsleep quality and reduce postoperative pain, which is worth promoting.
