目的 探析放射科碘造影剂过敏风险分级护理干预的效果。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年8月期间，院内放射科70例接受碘造影剂注射患者病历资料。2025年1月至2025年4月的35例患者为接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年5月至2025年8月的35例患者接受风险分级护理，作为观察组。对比两组过敏反应发生率。结果 观察组过敏反应发生率低于对照组P＜0.05。结论 风险分级护理可显著改善患者过敏反应发生率，值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on risk grading of iodine contrast agent allergy in radiology department. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 70 patients who received iodine contrast agent injections in the radiology department of the hospital from January 2025 to August 2025. From January 2025 to April 2025, 35 patients received routine care as the control group. From May 2025 to August 2025, 35 patients received risk graded nursing as the observation group. Compare the incidence of allergic reactions between two groups. Results The incidence of allergic reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Risk grading nursing can significantly improve the incidence of allergic reactions in patients and is worthy of promotion and application.
