Clinical study on the use of Huoxiang Zhengqi water navel hot compress for the prevention and treatment of constipation in stroke patients
藿香正气水脐部热敷用于防治脑卒中便秘患者的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨藿香正气水脐部热敷联合常规护理对脑卒中便秘患者的临床效果。方法 将2025年1-12月收治的70例脑卒中便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组在常规护理基础上加用藿香正气水脐部热敷，对照组给予常规护理。结果 观察组患者的首次排便时间明显短于对照组，便秘相关费用也显著减少（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为85.71%，高于对照组的68.57%（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组PAC-QOL评分降至53.25±18.13，明显低于对照组治疗后评分81.53±23.87（P<0.05）。结论 藿香正气水脐部热敷可有效促进脑卒中便秘患者排便、提升临床疗效并改善生活质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi water navel hot compress combined with conventional nursing on stroke constipation patients.
Methods 70 stroke patients with constipation admitted from January to December 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group received additional hot compress of Huoxiang Zhengqi water on the navel on the basis of routine care, while the control group received routine care.
Results The first defecation time of the observation group patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and constipation related costs were also significantly reduced (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%, which was higher than the 68.57% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PAC-QOL score in the observation group decreased to 53.25 ± 18.13, significantly lower than the post-treatment score of 81.53 ± 23.87 in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Huoxiang Zhengqi Water Umbilical Hot compress can effectively promote defecation, improve clinical efficacy, and enhance quality of life in stroke patients with constipation, and has high clinical application value.
