叙事医学作为一种融合医学与人文的实践模式，强调通过叙事能力提升医患沟通质量，关注患者的情感需求和个性化体验。将叙事医学理念应用在特需儿童接种门诊，探索以心理痛苦温度计、叙事护理核心技术及叙事护理处方等作为实践工具，覆盖于接种门诊的每一环节，可以为特殊健康状态儿童提供更全面、更具人文关怀的免疫接种服务，为照护者赋能，提供个性化的心理支持。

Abstract

Narrative medicine, as a practical model that integrates medicine and humanities, emphasizes improving the quality of doctor-patient communication through narrative skills, and focuses on the emotional needs and personalized experiences of patients. Applying the concept of narrative medicine in the special needs children vaccination clinic, and exploring the use of psychological pain thermometer, core narrative nursing technology, and narrative nursing prescriptions as practical tools, covering every aspect of the vaccination clinic, can provide more comprehensive and more humanistic immunization services for children in special health conditions, empowering caregivers and providing personalized psychological support.
