Analysis of the effect of applying the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in the operating room nursing of laparoscopic surgery patients
腔镜手术患者手术室护理中应用加速康复外科理念的效果分析

摘要

目的 讨论及研究腔镜手术患者在手术室护理中提供加速康复外科理念的效果。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为4368例，时间范围2025年1月份至2025年12月份，分成对照组（n=2184）与实验组（n=2184）。分析两组患者的临床指标；判断患者的应激指标和并发症发生率。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者的临床康复指标优于对照组，P<0.05，对比患者的应激指标，实验组优于对照组，P<0.05；评估并发症发生率，实验组更低，P<0.05，组间差异存在。结论 针对腔镜手术患者提供加速康复外科理念的手术室护理，可以改善患者的临床指标，减轻患者的机体应激，降低并发症的产生。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the effect of providing the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in the operating room nursing of laparoscopic surgery patients.
Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 4368, with the time range from January 2025 to December 2025. They were divided into the control group (n=2184) and the experimental group (n=2184). The clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were analyzed; the stress indicators and the incidence of complications of the patients were judged.
Results After providing different intervention measures to the two groups of patients, the clinical rehabilitation indicators of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Compared with the stress indicators of the patients, the experimental group was better than the control group, P<0.05; the incidence of complications was evaluated, and the experimental group was lower, P<0.05. There was a difference between the groups.
Conclusion   The surgical room nursing providing the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery for laparoscopic surgery patients can improve the clinical indicators of patients, reduce the body stress, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
