The effect of nursing intervention on symptom relief in patients undergoing cervical spine surgery
颈椎手术患者护理干预对症状缓解的作用

摘要

目的 探究个体化综合护理干预在颈椎手术患者中的应用效果，明确其对颈肩疼痛、肢体麻木等症状的缓解作用，优化护理路径。方法 选取2025年本院60例颈椎手术患者，随机分为对照组与实验组各30例。对照组行常规护理，实验组行个体化综合护理，比较两组症状缓解、护理满意度及康复依从性。结果 实验组术后视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS）疼痛评分、肢体麻木评分显著低于对照组，症状缓解总有效率、护理满意度、康复依从性均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 个体化综合护理可有效缓解颈椎手术患者术后症状，提升康复依从性与护理满意度，促进康复，具有重要临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing cervical spine surgery, clarify its alleviating effect on symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain, and limb numbness, and optimize the nursing pathway.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent cervical spine surgery in our hospital in 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the experimental group received individualized comprehensive nursing care. The symptom relief, nursing satisfaction, and rehabilitation compliance were compared between the two groups.
Results The postoperative VAS pain score and limb numbness score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of symptom relief, nursing satisfaction, and rehabilitation compliance were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Individualized comprehensive nursing care can effectively alleviate postoperative symptoms in patients undergoing cervical spine surgery, improve rehabilitation compliance and nursing satisfaction, promote recovery, and has important clinical application value.
