Analysis of the value of comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic nephritis
慢性肾炎患者应用全面护理的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析探讨全面护理方案在慢性肾炎患者中的应用效果。方法 从2024年8月至2025年8月院内收治的慢性肾炎患者中抽取90例作为分析主体，迎合试验需求，采用数字表划分法完成组间安排，每组归入45例（n=45），参照组给予常规护理，研究组给予全面性护理，最终收集整理相关数据（肾功能指标、血压控制水平、心理状态、治疗依从性、并发症发生率、护理满意度），比对不同护理方案下的效果差异。结果 研究组各项相关指标改善更明显，并发症发生率更低，治疗依从性和护理满意度更高，相比参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对慢性肾炎患者而言，在为其制定临床护理方案时，推荐首选全面护理干预，一方面能切实改善患者肾功能，良好控制血压水平，缓解负面情绪，同时还可显著提升患者治疗依从性、降低并发症发生率，增进护患友谊，提高护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in patients with chronic nephritis.
Methods A total of 90 cases of chronic nephritis patients admitted to the hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the analysis subjects. To meet the trial requirements, the patients were assigned to groups using a digital table division method, with 45 cases in each group (n=45). The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received comprehensive nursing care. Relevant data (renal function indicators, blood pressure control level, psychological status, treatment adherence, complication incidence rate, and nursing satisfaction) were collected and analyzed to compare the differences in outcomes between the two nursing care groups.
Results The study group showed more significant improvements in all relevant indicators, lower complication incidence rates, higher treatment adherence, and greater nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with chronic nephritis, comprehensive nursing intervention is recommended as the first choice when formulating clinical nursing plans. This approach not only effectively improves renal function, controls blood pressure levels, and alleviates negative emotions but also significantly enhances treatment adherence, reduces complication incidence rates, fosters nurse-patient rapport, and improves nursing satisfaction, making it worthy of promotion.
