Application effect of targeted nursing under goal-oriented strategy in patients undergoing surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
目标策略下的针对性护理在高血压脑出血手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 揭示对高血压脑出血手术患者目标策略下针对性护理处置的临床价值。方法 2023年11月-2025年8月，将104例高血压脑出血手术患者随机分两组，各52例，参照组常规护理处置，研究组目标策略下针对性护理处置，测算比照两组的护理服务质量满意度数据值、护理不良事件发生率数据值，以及接受护理前后的TNF-α数据值（Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha，肿瘤坏死因子α）、IL-6数据值（Interleukin-6，白细胞介素-6）、hs-CRP数据值（High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein，超敏C反应蛋白）、MMP-9数据值（Matrix Metalloproteinase 9，基质金属蛋白酶-9）、GM-CSF数据值（Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Facto，粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子）、LPO数据值（Lipid Peroxide，脂质过氧化物）、GSH-Px数据值（Glutathione peroxidase，谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶）、MDA数据值（Malondialdehyde，丙二醛）和生活质量评分数据值。结果 研究组的护理服务质量满意度数据值高于参照组（P＜0.05）。研究组的护理不良事件发生率数据值低于参照组（P＜0.05）。护理前，研究组的TNF-α数据值、IL-6数据值、hs-CRP数据值、MMP-9数据值、GM-CSF数据值、LPO数据值、GSH-Px数据值、MDA数据值和生活质量评分测算数据值均与参照组大致相当（P＞0.05）。护理后，研究组的TNF-α测算数据值、IL-6数据值、hs-CRP测算数据值、MMP-9数据值、GM-CSF数据值、LPO数据值、GSH-Px数据值、MDA数据值和生活质量评分数据值均优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对高血压脑出血手术患者目标策略下针对性护理处置，价值充分，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To reveal the clinical value of targeted nursing interventions under a goal-oriented strategy for patients undergoing hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.
Methods From November 2023 to August 2025,104 patients undergoing hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 52 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the study group received targeted nursing interventions under a goal-oriented strategy. The satisfaction with nursing service quality, incidence of adverse nursing events, as well as the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, MMP-9, GM-CSF, LPO, GSH-Px, MDA, and quality of life scores were measured and compared between the two groups before and after nursing care.
Results The satisfaction with nursing service quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing care, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, MMP-9, GM-CSF, LPO, GSH-Px, MDA, and quality of life scores in the study group were comparable to those in the control group(P>0.05).After nursing care, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, MMP-9, GM-CSF, LPO, GSH-Px, MDA, and quality of life scores in the study group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing interventions under a goal-oriented strategy for patients undergoing hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery are valuable and worthy of promotion.
