目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高护士病房巡视合格率中的应用效果。方法 选择2024年4月至2025年4月期间工作的护士60例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=30例，常规病房巡视管理）与观察组（n=30例，品管圈活动）。对比两组病房巡视合格率、不良事件发生率、患者病情变化及时发现率、护士对巡视制度的认知度、巡视规范执行度以及综合巡视质量。结果 观察组不良事件发生率较对照组更低，病房巡视合格率、患者病情变化及时发现率、护士对巡视制度的认知度、巡视规范执行度以及综合巡视质量较对照组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 品管圈活动可有效提高护士病房巡视合格率。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the pass rate of nurse ward inspections. Methods Sixty nurses who worked from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=30, routine ward inspection management) and an observation group (n=30, quality control circle activity). Compare the qualification rate, incidence of adverse events, timely detection rate of patient condition changes, nurses' awareness of the inspection system, compliance with inspection standards, and overall inspection quality between two groups of wards. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the qualified rate of ward inspections, timely detection rate of patient condition changes, nurses' awareness of inspection system, compliance with inspection standards, and comprehensive inspection quality were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the pass rate of nurse ward inspections.
