目的 了解实习护生自我导向的学习能力现状,分析其自我导向学习能力在一般资料上的差异,初步得出影响因素,为学校和教学医院的教学思路和方向提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样的方法,于2025年10月至2025年12月选取402名在潍坊市某两所三甲医院实习的护生为研究对象。以一般资料调查表、中文版自我导向学习能力评定量表为研究工具,运用SPSS28.0对一般资料和自我导向学习能力得分用描述性统计方法分析,用差异性统计学方法分析实习护生自我导向学习能力在一般资料上的差异。结果 实习护生自我导向学习能力总得分为240.00(198.00,281.50)分;在学历、性格类型、是否喜欢护理专业、与临床带教老师的关系、个人资源丰富情况和是否有自主学习经历方面,自我导向学习总得分有显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 实习护生自我导向学习能力得分处于中等偏上水平;学校和带教医院可以通过培养学生对护理专业的兴趣和丰富学生的学习资源等方法提高实习护生的自我导向学习能力。
Objective To understand the current level of self-directed learning ability (SDLA) among student nurses during clinical internship, analyze the differences in SDLA across general demographic variables, identify core influencing factors, and provide empirical evidence for nursing education institutions and teaching hospitals to optimize talent training programs. Methods By using convenient sampling, 402 student nurses interning at two Grade A tertiary hospitals in Weifang were selected as research subjects from October 2025 to December 2025. SPSS 28.0 statistical software was employed for descriptive statistics and difference analysis. Results The total score of SDLA among student nurses was 240.00 (198.00, 281.50) points, indicating an overall upper-middle level. Univariate analysis showed that educational background, personality type, degree of fondness for the nursing profession, quality of the relationship with clinical preceptors, richness of personal learning resources, and presence of independent learning experience significantly influenced the total SDLA score (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing education institutions and teaching hospitals can improve student nurses' SDLA through targeted measures such as strengthening professional interest cultivation, enriching learning resource supply, optimizing clinical preceptorship relationships, and accumulating independent learning experiences, thereby laying a foundation for their sustainable professional development.
