Research on the improvement effect of multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation pathway on the achievement rate of ultra-early rehabilitation goals after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
多学科协作康复路径对前交叉韧带重建术后超早期康复目标达成率的改善效果研究

摘要

目的 分析在前交叉韧带重建术后应用多学科协作康复路径对超早期康复目标达成率的改善效果。方法 180例前交叉韧带重建术患者以双色球法随机分为对照组和研究组，各90例，对照组予以常规术后护理，研究组实施多学科协作康复路径干预，对比两组患者膝关节功能改善情况以及康复目标达成率。结果 干预后，研究组患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度（ROM）均较干预前明显提升，疼痛程度（VAS）较前明显且均优于同期对照组（P<0.05）；研究组康复目标达成率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 将多学科协作康复路径应用于前交叉韧带重建术后超早期康复中，可有效促进患者术后疼痛症状缓解，改善膝关节活动功能，并有助于提升超早期康复目标的达成率，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of applying the multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation pathway after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the achievement rate of ultra-early rehabilitation goals.
Methods 180 patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were randomly divided into the control group and the study group by the double lottery method, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, while the study group received multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation pathway intervention. The improvement of knee joint function and the achievement rate of rehabilitation goals of the two groups were compared.
Results After the intervention, the Lysholm knee joint function score and knee joint range of motion (ROM) of the study group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, and the pain degree (VAS) was significantly lower than that before and was better than that of the control group in the same period (P < 0.05); the achievement rate of rehabilitation goals in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation pathway in the ultra-early rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction after surgery can effectively relieve postoperative pain symptoms, improve knee joint movement function, and help improve the achievement rate of ultra-early rehabilitation goals. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
