Exploring the effects of hospitals adopting an integrated health management examination model for medical examination personnel after completing interventions
探讨医院对体检人员采用健康管理一体化体检模式完成干预后获得的效果

摘要

目的 探讨医院对体检人员采用健康管理一体化体检模式干预后的临床效果，为体检健康管理方案优化提供参考。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年12月本院接收的240名体检人员，随机抽签法分组，各120名。对照组采用常规体检模式干预，观察组采用健康管理一体化体检模式干预。对比两组体检效率、健康知识知晓率、不良生活方式改善率、体检满意度。结果 观察组体检耗时短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组健康知识知晓率95.83%、不良生活方式改善率94.44%、体检满意度96.67%均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 健康管理一体化体检模式应用于体检人员干预，可提升体检效率，提高健康知识知晓率及体检满意度，促进不良生活方式改善，应用价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hospital intervention on physical examination personnel using the integrated health management physical examination model, and provide reference for optimizing physical examination health management plans.
Methods 240 physical examination personnel received by our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly selected and divided into groups of 120 each. The control group received routine physical examination intervention, while the observation group received integrated health management physical examination intervention. Compare the efficiency of physical examinations, awareness of health knowledge, improvement rate of unhealthy lifestyles, and satisfaction with physical examinations between two groups.
Results The observation group had a shorter physical examination time than the control group (P<0.05); The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 95.83%, the improvement rate of unhealthy lifestyle was 94.44%, and the satisfaction rate of physical examination was 96.67%, all of which were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the integrated health management physical examination model in the intervention of physical examination personnel can improve the efficiency of physical examination, increase the awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction with physical examination, promote the improvement of unhealthy lifestyles, and has significant application value.
