目的 探讨俯卧位通气及护理对改善急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法 收集2025年2月-2026年2月期间,本院收治的80例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者资料,开展回顾性研究。根据治疗及护理方式的不同分为对照组(n=40例,常规治疗及护理)与观察组(n=40例,俯卧位通气及护理)。对比两组患者的血气指标、临床治疗效果、不良事件发生情况。结果 通气治疗24h后,观察组患者的动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、氧合指数,均明显高于对照组患者,且动脉血二氧化碳分压水平明显更低;观察组患者的临床总治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,且观察组患者的不良事件发生率明显更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对改善急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者实施俯卧位通气及护理,可有效改善患者的氧合状态、改善血气分析指标,提升整体临床治疗效果,并降低不良事件的发生风险,体现了较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of prone position ventilation and nursing in improving acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Data from 80 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital between February 2025 and February 2026 were collected for a retrospective study. Based on different treatment and nursing approaches, they were divided into a control group (n=40, conventional treatment and nursing) and an observation group (n=40, prone position ventilation and nursing). The blood gas indicators, clinical treatment outcomes, and adverse event occurrences were compared between the two groups. Results After 24 hours of ventilation treatment, the observation group showed significantly higher arterial oxygen saturation, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, and oxygenation index, along with significantly lower arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide, compared to the control group. The overall clinical treatment efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher, while the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower, with all differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing prone positioning ventilation and nursing care for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome can effectively improve oxygenation, enhance blood gas analysis indicators, elevate overall clinical treatment efficacy, and reduce the risk of adverse events, demonstrating significant clinical application value.
