CRRT治疗中护理风险控制实践

摘要

目的 探讨基于“风险筛查-精准干预-质量闭环”的新型护理模式在连续性肾脏替代治疗（Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, CRRT）中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年12月本院重症医学科收治的90例CRRT治疗患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各45例。对照组实施常规CRRT护理，实验组采用新型闭环护理风险控制模式，比较两组护理不良事件发生率、CRRT治疗达标率及患者护理满意度。结果 实验组护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组（χ2=5.417，P=0.020）；实验组CRRT治疗达标率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组（χ2=5.075、8.347，均P <0.05）。结论 新型闭环护理风险控制模式可精准识别CRRT治疗中的核心护理风险点，通过全流程、个性化干预降低不良事件发生风险，提升治疗达标率与护理满意度，优化CRRT护理质量，贴合临床精准护理发展需求，具有较高的临床推广与应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of a novel nursing model based on “risk screening-precision intervention-quality closed-loop” in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
Methods A total of 90 CRRT patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group (n=45 each) using a random number table. The control group received conventional CRRT nursing, while the experimental group adopted the novel closed-loop nursing risk control model. The incidence of adverse events, CRRT treatment achievement rate, and patient nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2=5.417, P=0.020). The CRRT treatment achievement rate and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (χ2=5.075,8.347, P<0.05 for both).
Conclusion   The novel closed-loop nursing risk control model can accurately identify core nursing risk points in CRRT treatment. Through comprehensive and personalized interventions, it reduces the risk of adverse events, improves treatment achievement rates and nursing satisfaction, optimizes CRRT nursing quality, and aligns with the development needs of clinical precision nursing, demonstrating high clinical promotion and application value.
