摘要

目的 构建安全风险管理体系，探究安全风险管理体系在神经外科手术患者中的干预效果。方法 收集2025年1月至2025年12月期间医院收治的神经外科手术患者病历资料进行回顾性分析，纳入样本共66例，依照护理方案进行分组，划分为对照组（常规护理管理，n=33）、研究组（安全风险管理体系干预，n=33）。对比两组的护理管理质量及风险事件发生率。结果 在物品管理评分、环境管理评分、安全管理评分、无菌情况评分及护理记录评分上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。在风险事件发生率上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对神经外科手术患者，安全风险管理体系构建且应用的效果确切，有助于提高护理管理质量，降低风险事件发生率。

Abstract

Objective To establish a safety risk management system and investigate its effectiveness in patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.
Methods Medical records of neurosurgical patients admitted to the hospital between January 2025 and December 2025 were collected for retrospective analysis. A total of 66 cases were included and grouped according to the nursing protocol: a control group (conventional nursing management, n=33) and an intervention group (safety risk management system intervention, n=33). The quality of nursing management and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.
Results The study group scored higher than the control group in material management, environmental management, safety management, aseptic conditions, and nursing documentation (P < 0.05). The incidence of risk events was lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The establishment and application of a safety risk management system for neurosurgical patients is effective, helping to improve the quality of nursing management and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
