Application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in elderly patients
循证护理在老年压疮防治患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探析循证护理模式在老年压疮防治患者中的实际应用成效。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月我院收治的64例老年压疮防治患者作为研究对象，借助随机数表法划分成实验组与常规组，每组各32例。常规组采取老年压疮常规护理干预手段，实验组则在常规护理前提下运用循证护理模式，对比两组患者压疮发生率以及护理依从性。结果 干预之后实验组压疮发生率明显低于常规组，护理依从性明显高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理模式能够有效降低老年患者压疮发生概率，提升患者护理依从性，在老年压疮防治工作中有着很高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical application effectiveness of the evidence-based nursing model in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in elderly patients.
Methods A total of 64 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as research subjects and divided into an experimental group and a routine group using a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing interventions for elderly pressure ulcers, while the experimental group applied the evidence-based nursing model on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of pressure ulcers and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the incidence of pressure ulcers in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, and nursing compliance was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The evidence-based nursing model can effectively reduce the probability of pressure ulcer occurrence in elderly patients and improve nursing compliance, possessing high application value in the prevention and treatment pressure ulcers in the elderly.
