Effects of comfort nursing on quality of life and complications in patients undergoing endoscopic septoplasty
舒适护理对鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者生活质量、并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探析舒适护理应用于鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正术患者的临床价值，明确其对术后生活质量及并发症的影响，为围术期护理模式优化提供实践参考。方法 选取2024年1月至12月收治的80例鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各40 例，对照组实施耳鼻喉科围手术期常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施全程舒适护理干预，干预周期覆盖术前至术后2周。比较两组患者术后生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组生活质量综合评定问卷（Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 , GQOL74）量表中生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态四个维度评分均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者实施全程舒适护理，可提高生活质量、减少并发症、提升护理满意度，临床价值高，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of comfort nursing in patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septum correction, clarify its effects on postoperative quality of life and complications, and provide a practical reference for the optimization of perioperative nursing models.
Methods Eighty patients who underwent endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine otolaryngology perioperative nursing, while the observation group received full-course comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing, with the intervention period from preoperative to 2 weeks after operation. The postoperative quality of life scores and complication rates were compared between the two groups.
Results The scores of the four dimensions (physiological function, psychological function, social function, and material life status) in the observation group, assessed by the Generic Quality of Life-74 (GQOL-74) scale, were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Full-course comfort nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction can improve quality of life, reduce complications and enhance nursing satisfaction, which is of high clinical value and worthy of promotion.
