Exploration of cognitive function training and safe nursing mode practice for elderly dementia patients
老年痴呆患者认知功能训练与安全护理模式实践探讨

摘要

目的 探究老年痴呆患者认知功能训练与安全护理模式的应用效果。方法 回顾性纳入2025年1月-12月本康复院收治的80例老年痴呆患者为观察对象。按入院收治时间顺序分为对照组（2025年1月-6月）与观察组（2025年7月-12月）各40例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知功能训练与安全护理模式。对比两组患者认知功能、自理能力与不良事件发生率。结果 观察组患者认知功能、自理能力评分及不良事件发生率均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对老年痴呆患者给予有效的认知功能训练与安全护理模式，有利于提高患者认知功能与自理能力，降低不良事件的发生，保障患者安全。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive function training and safe nursing mode in elderly dementia patients.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 80 elderly dementia patients admitted to our rehabilitation hospital from January to December 2025 as the observation subjects. Divided into a control group (January June 2025) and an observation group (July December 2025) in chronological order of admission, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care. The observation group received cognitive function training and a safe nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Compare the cognitive function, self-care ability, and incidence of adverse events between two groups of patients.
Results The cognitive function, self-care ability scores, and incidence of adverse events in the observation group were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing effective cognitive function training and safe nursing models for elderly dementia patients is beneficial for improving their cognitive function and self-care ability, reducing the occurrence of adverse events, and ensuring patient safety.
