目的 探究分析健康教育护理在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的效果。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年6月期间，院内62例老年急性阑尾炎患者病历资料，其中2025年1月至2025年3月的31例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年4月至2025年6月的31例患者接受健康教育护理，作为观察组。对比两组术后恢复情况及自护能力。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 健康教育护理可显著改善患者术后恢复情况及自护能力，值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of health education nursing in the care of elderly patients with acute appendicitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 62 elderly patients with acute appendicitis in the hospital from January 2025 to June 2025. Among them, 31 patients who received routine care from January 2025 to March 2025 were selected as the control group. From April 2025 to June 2025, 31 patients received health education and nursing as the observation group. Compare the postoperative recovery and self-care ability between two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Health education nursing can significantly improve patients' postoperative recovery and self-care ability, and is worthy of promotion and application.
