Study on the effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on swallowing disorders in patients with acute stroke
早期康复护理模式对急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的效果研究

摘要

目的 浅析对急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期康复护理对改善患者吞咽及营养状况的效果。方法样本对象为2025年1月至12月期间在本院接受治疗的60例急性脑卒中后出现吞咽障碍患者，随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组实施常规的康复护理，观察组实施早期康复护理，利用标准吞咽功能评估量表（SSA）评估吞咽障碍改善情况、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平以及护理满意度。结果 干预2周后观察组患者的SSA得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组及对照组的护理满意度分别为96.67%及80.00%。结论 急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者接受早期康复护理，能够明显改善吞咽障碍情况，提升营养水平，护理模式获得患者高度认可，值得推荐使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on improving the swallowing and nutritional status of patients with acute stroke dysphagia.
Methods The sample subjects were 60 patients with swallowing disorders after acute stroke who received treatment in our hospital from January to December 2025. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing. The standard swallowing function assessment scale (SSA) was used to evaluate the improvement of swallowing disorders, albumin and prealbumin levels, and nursing satisfaction.
Results After 2 weeks of intervention, the SSA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The levels of albumin, prealbumin, and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 80.00%, respectively.
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with swallowing disorders in acute stroke can significantly improve the condition of swallowing disorders, enhance nutritional levels, and the nursing model has been highly recognized by patients and is recommended for use.
