Analysis of the effectiveness of standardized nursing coordination and insulation care in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operating room
手术室标准化护理配合与保温护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的有效性分析

摘要

目的 研究手术室标准化护理配合与保温护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的有效性。方法 观察对象为62例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者，本院收治时间为2025年1月-2025年11月，随机分组，H组（n=31例）运用手术室标准化护理配合与保温护理，N组（n=31例）运用常规护理，分析比较H组与N组腹腔镜下肝切除术患者的围术期体温、身体指标、并发症发生率。结果 入室时，H组与N组体温相差较小（P>0.05）；而术中30分钟、术中90分钟以及术后5分钟H组患者的体温均高于N组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。H组并发症发生率低于N组，心率、动脉血氧饱和度、平均动脉压均优于N组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室标准化护理配合与保温护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的有效性更高，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of standardized operating room nursing coordination and thermal preservation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to November 2025, were randomly divided into two groups. Group H (n=31) received standardized operating room nursing coordination and thermal preservation nursing, while Group N (n=31) received conventional nursing. The perioperative body temperature, physical indicators, and complication rates were compared between the two groups.
Results At admission, the body temperature difference between Group H and Group N was insignificant (P>0.05). However, at 30 minutes, 90 minutes during surgery, and 5 minutes postoperatively, the body temperature of patients in Group H was significantly higher than that in Group N (P<0.05). The complication rate in Group H was lower than that in Group N, and the heart rate, arterial oxygen saturation, and mean arterial pressure were significantly better in Group H (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized operating room nursing coordination and thermal preservation nursing demonstrate higher efficacy in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and are worthy of promotion.
